At the counter
The customer is found by phone number, the garments are typed in from the rate card, the tags print, the invoice prints or goes by WhatsApp, and an advance is taken — in under a minute.

Every piece is sent to a bench or an outside cleaner and received back by the tag. The counter always knows where each garment is, and the customer can see it on the tracking link.

Each shop has its own database, its own backups every night and a copy off the machine every half hour. A shop that leaves takes its database with it, and can download it at any time.

Questions people ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and installs to a phone's home screen like an app. A thermal or A4 printer for tags and invoices is all the hardware.
Can my staff use it in Arabic and I in English?
Yes. Every person chooses their own language; garments, benches and customers can carry an Arabic name too, and the customer's pages print in both.
What about VAT?
Pick your country and the rate, the label and the tax-number field follow — 15% in Saudi Arabia, 5% in the UAE, 10% in Bahrain, and no tax line at all in Kuwait or Qatar.
Who owns the data, and can I leave?
You do. Each shop has its own database, and you can download a complete copy at any time from Settings. A shop that leaves takes its data with it.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a package and we invoice it; or you do nothing, the shop becomes read-only for a month so nothing is lost, and then it closes. No card is taken at any point of the trial.

Which printers does it work with?
Any printer the computer can print to: a thermal label printer for the garment tags, and a receipt or A4 printer for invoices. Nothing has to be installed for LaundryTill itself.
Can we bring our customers from our old system?
Usually, yes. Send us your customer list and price list as a spreadsheet and we load them before you start. Ask us about older order history.
